Sunday School

Children are invited to attend Trinity Parish’s Sunday School program beginning at 9:45am. The Sunday School classroom is on the lower level in Room 1, directly across from the stairs. Please proceed down a side aisle to the front of the sanctuary, go through the door, follow the hallway to the right, and descend the stairs. We meet in Room 1, which is directly across from the bottom of the stairs. If you would prefer someone to show you, please ask an usher.

This week's lesson is the Book of Psalms:"The Psalms are songs that lost their words.  They help us to pray.  They help us give thanks to God for all that is good, to tell God when we are sad, hurting, angry, or confused.  They give us words to say when we are sorry." I wonder, what is it like when you say"Thank you" to God?  I wonder, what is it like when you tell God that you are sad, hurting, angry or confused? I wonder, what is God like when you say you're sorry?

(See BCP, p 303.)

November 26:  John 9:1-49
December 10:  John 11:1-45

Sessions will close with prayer for the parents and their child.

Listening Sessions for New Bishop Nominations

Our Diocese is seeking nominations to replace our current Bishop who is scheduled soon to retire. The Bishop Nominating Committee has scheduled a series of listening sessions to gather input from you, the people of our diocese, regarding our vision for our future and the qualities we seek in our new bishop. Feedback from these sessions will help to guide our search process and will be incorporated in the diocesan profile that we will share with the prospective nominees. Click here for more information.
