November 20, 2022

Sunday School

This week's lesson covers the Story of Abraham: “God promised Abraham and Sarah that they would be the mother and father of a great family. The family would be as many as there are grains of sand in the desert, stars in the sky, and dust in the land.”

I wonder how Abraham and Sarah felt after hearing God’s promise?
I wonder what is special about your family?
I wonder how you pray with your family?

Matthew 25 Discussion November 27

Come and join a discussion of ways that we at Trinity can help others. Matthew 25 is the outreach committee of Trinity, and its focus is to learn more about the needs in our community and the world, and discover ways that Trinity can help. Recommendations of these ideas are given to the Vestry. In the past, funds have been given to the Centre St. Food Pantry, two refugee families, The Fridge in Newton, and other projects. We will meet in the Sullivan Room following the service.

Trinity Parish Continues to Follow 'Mask Friendly' Protocols

The Trinity Parish Vestry voted to go "mask friendly" effective immediately; that is, masks are optional at Trinity Parish as of April 14. Please note that, pending further guidance from the Diocese and local infection rates, we may in future return to requiring face coverings when we gather in person.

Pledging During a Pandemic

Thank you to all who continue to send in your pledge! Your faithfulness in keeping up your pledge helps Trinity Parish stay “in the black” during this time, and we are grateful. Pledges may be mailed to Trinity Parish at 11 Homer St., Newton Centre, MA 02459.
