Triduum and Easter Liturgy Update

Maundy Thursday (April 6), the celebration of the foot washing and last supper of Jesus, will be hosted at Saint John's Church Newtonville, 297 Lowell Avenue. Liturgy and Holy Eucharist at 7:30pm, (in person, or attend via Live Stream).

The Good Friday (April 7) liturgy, including Gregorian chant of the Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ according to John and glorification of the Cross, will be hosted at Trinity Parish, 11 Homer Street. The ancient liturgy of The Great Vigil of Easter (Saturday, April 8), which includes the first lighting of the Paschal candle and the Renewal of Baptismal Vows, as well as the first celebration of the Resurrection, will be hosted at Trinity Parish, 11 Homer Street. The Sunday of the Resurrection (Easter Day, April 9), follows Trinity's normal Sunday schedule, 10:00am (in person or join via Zoom). There will be no Sunday School on Easter morning, however the traditional Easter egg hunt will follow the liturgy in the Parish House or, weather permitting, outside.
